1st Stop Health is a private health and laser Clinic in Blandford Forum, offering a wide range of laser skin treatments, comprehensive health assessments, blood tests & health packages, mole & skin lesion checks, and cryotherapy pen treatments.
My name is Claire and I have been a registered nurse for over 20 years, I'm dedicated to providing high-quality, professional health & skincare services designed to meet your individual needs.
I understand that health and skincare are influenced by many factors and are different for everyone, therefore I will ensure you have a bespoke treatment plan that meets all your needs & goals.
I mainly work in the clinic area of my home, so it's a relaxed, quiet, confidential and friendly atmosphere where you're welcomed with a warm smile and a hot drink!
I also work occasional days from a local clinic, as well as offering home visits within Blandford and the surrounding areas, so you can choose the environment that suits you best! (Laser treatments are only available in my home clinic due the fragility of the machine-apologies!)

-fully trained and qualified in laser treatments with both level 4 and level 5 qualifications

Laser Treatments

Cryotherapy Pen
A cryotherapy pen is a cutting-edge device designed for the precise removal of skin imperfections using extreme cold. This non-invasive treatment utilises liquid nitrogen to safely freeze & treat a variety of skin conditions, including skin tags, warts, verrucas, age spots, and other benign lesions. The pen’s fine applicator allows for targeted treatment, minimising damage to surrounding healthy skin. Cryotherapy treatments are quick, typically lasting only a few minutes per session, and require minimal downtime.
Mole & Skin Lesion Checks
We have partnered with Community Dermatology to offer Map My Mole, a private service offering mole & skin lesion checks. An image of the mole or lesion is captured in clinic using a special lens, and securely sent to a UK consultant dermatologist for review. A full written report, including any recommendations, is available within 24-48 hours
Blood Tests
We offer blood testing as part of our health packages, as well as an individual service. We have a range of blood tests designed to provide valuable insights into your overall health and wellbeing. These tests can help identify potential issues early, monitor existing conditions, and offer a detailed picture of your body’s vital functions.
Health Assessments
This is an MOT for you health! A comprehensive assessment including a full consultation, physiological measurements, blood sugar check, cholesterol check, personalised health & lifestyle recommendations, and a written copy of your results & recommendations
